Package Terms & Conditions.
Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable
All our packages are strictly non-refundable. If you are unsure if you are able to finish your package in the set validity time, consider purchasing a smaller package or one with longer validity.
Activation Dates
According to specific packages, once you book your first class, your package will be activated. This includes when you have booked for a class, and then decided to cancel. The activation date will still be locked on the date you made your first booking.
Packages will expire within 60 days if not activated, unless otherwise stated on the specific package terms and conditions.
Non-Extendable
All our packages have an expiry date and are strictly not extendable.
This is because you are not purchasing a monthly membership. Our classes are valued at $350 per class and by buying a package, you are purchasing the classes in bulk to enjoy a discount, and needs to be attended before the expiry date to enjoy this discount.
If you have an irregular schedule or travel a lot. Then we recommend purchasing a smaller package.
No-Show Policy
If you miss a class without cancelling before the cancellation window, you will be considered a no-show, and the credit(s) used to book the class will be deducted.
If you are unable to attend class due to a sickness, please write to hello@absoluteboutiquefitness.com.hk with the subject: “No Show Waiver Request.” You will need to email and include a photo of your medical certificate within 24hrs of the time of the class.
Requests sent to us beyond 24hrs will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and may be rejected.
Freeze Policy
If you are injured or have just undergone surgery or travelling, please email us at hello@absoluteboutiquefitness.com.hk with your doctor’s letter/other relevant documents to request a package/contract freeze.
All requests, including non-medical related requests will be considered on a case by case basis, and are subjected to approval. These terms apply:
Minimum Freeze Period: 2 weeks
Freeze Period* will be in accordance with your doctor’s letter or flight itinerary. At a maximum Freeze Period of 50% of the original duration of your package/contract.
Package Freeze Fee: $500/request, payable prior to the freeze period.
*Kindly note that we are unable to retroactively freeze your package/contract, so do write to us at least 7 days prior to your preferred freeze activation date.
I am pregnant, can I still go for class?
First off, congrats with your pregnancy!
Pilates Reformer & Wunda Chair Classes
For group Pilates classes, it will not be possible for you to attend when you are pregnant. This is because there are many positions you will not be able to do, and in a group setting the instructor will not be able to give you the attention you need, to ensure your safety.
We recommend for you to convert your package for Personal Pilates sessions. We will advise you based on the number of classes you have left, how many of that equals to, in Personal Pilates sessions.
Rhythm Cycling Classes
If you are new to Rhythm Cycling, we do not recommend that you start doing classes when you're pregnant. However, if you are given the all clear by your doctor and you have had a regular exercise routine with us, you can continue to come for class, as long as it feels ok for you. Although we don't recommend it past the third trimester.
We will need you to inform us before class that you are pregnant and fill out an additional liability waiver.
Other Options
Transfer your package to a friend.
Convert your classes to Personal Pilates package.
Freeze your package according to our freeze policy.
Once you are ready to come back, we recommend you purchase a new package with us. Please submit your proof of pregnancy by sending us an email at hello@absoluteboutiquefitness.com.hk.
