The Beginning

You are getting into the rhythm, taking up space for yourself and setting your goal for the rest of the class.

As you immerse into the heart-pumping atmosphere, you feel lighter, finding a natural flow to every movement.

The Middle

You feel your body working hard. You're proud of what you are able to bring to the table.​

From your core to your glutes — everything is activated and on a high. Serotonin and endorphins are released.

The End

Expect a myriad of emotions. You have pushed your body to do all you could and you know you will only get better.​

With every ride, you are not just strengthening your muscles, but your cardiovascular and your immune systems as well.

Class Types.

  • Foundation: 15 min | Ride: 45 min

    Foundation 15 is a mandatory and complimentary session that must be booked alongside your first Cycle class with Absolute. This session acts as a safety precaution and is an integral part of your fitness journey.

    During Foundation 15, you'll familiarize yourself with our cues and sequences, ensuring you feel confident and prepared for your classes.

  • Foundation: Nil | Ride: 45 min

    Enjoy a full 45-minute class, comprising great beats, challenging runs, and fun choreography - all while ensuring you are listening to your body and moving at a steady pace.

    If you still require assistance before class starts, our team and instructor will be around to help you!

  • Advanced | Ride: 60 min

    Faster, harder, more powerful. It’s amazing what an extra 15 minutes can do. A little more challenge, a little more sweat, a lot more Absolute Cycle. A 60-minute class designed for those who have ridden the rhythm cycling before or have taken at least 5 ABSOLUTE 45 CLASSES. One foundation class required.
