ABSOLUTE was developed out of a desire to share the benefits and joys of fitness with everyone. Having first opened our doors in 2002 and stood the test of time, we have now grown to 7 studios in Bangkok, 7 studios in Singapore and 2 studios in Hong Kong with over 200,000 members. We pride ourselves on our teaching methodology and top-quality instructors, trained by our own Absolute Academy - the first of its type - to ensure quality and consistency.
